Does Voltrade custody user funds?
No. Voltrade does not operate as a wallet, exchange, broker, or custodian. Trading activity, deposits, withdrawals, and order execution happen through third-party venues, protocols, or wallet providers.
How do deals work?
Deals are promotional offers sourced from trading venues or partners. Terms, eligibility, duration, geography, and payout mechanics depend on the venue running the offer. Voltrade may display, summarize, or link to these offers, but the venue remains responsible for the underlying promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
How do competitions work?
Competitions use the rules shown on each competition page, including the scoring method, timeframe, trading venue or tracked pool, and payout structure. Some competitions use leaderboard-based rewards, while others may include lottery-style draws or pro rata distributions.
Are projected rewards guaranteed?
No. Projected rewards are estimates based on the visible leaderboard, configured payout structure, and available data. Final rewards can differ after eligibility reviews, anti-fraud checks, ranking adjustments, partner confirmations, sanctions screening, or dispute resolution.
When are rewards paid?
Reward timing varies by competition or deal. Payouts may depend on final reconciliation, proof of funds, venue reporting, and operational reviews. Some rewards may be delayed or canceled if the relevant conditions are not met.
